What we collect

When you send a request we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email, city or zip code, the service you need, budget, timeline and project details. We also record the page you sent it from, how you reached the site (such as campaign tags and the referring site), the time, and whether you ticked the consent box together with the exact consent wording shown to you.

How we use it

We use your information to pass your request to one independent local provider who works in your area, so they can contact you about your project. We also use it to run and improve this service, to prevent spam and abuse, and to keep records of consent.

Who we share it with

We share your request with one independent local provider matched to it. We use service providers to host the site, store requests, send email and measure site use (Google Analytics), and Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. We do not sell your information.

Calls and texts

If you tick the consent box, South Florida Site Work and the provider matched to your request may call and text you about your project, including by automated means. Consent is not required to purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Calls to our tracked numbers may be recorded, and you will hear a notice first.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time through the contact page.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change.
